Hmmm...another non-answer from the answer man.

I was also looking for the answer in his response. It could be that he did not know specifically what was being asked. ???
If he did know what was being asked, he really skirted around the real question.

I am extremely concerned.

How is that a non-answer? The "answer man" gave the questioner the exact resource in which to find the exact information being sought. If there's any duplicity it's on John's part for flippantly putting churches in that list that had nothing to do with the WELS, simply to stir up trouble.

Hmmm...another honest and true answer that gives you nothing to attack...how unfortunate.

Don't worry John will find something new for you to devour tomorrow.

John,

Much of what you have posted has been taboo to speak of in the WELS. Although most of the posts and comments are spot on. The mantra is that you must walk in lock step and follow the lead of the Church and Change pastors.

I will tell you that your site is popular among many in the WELS. Many called workers are afraid to speak out publicly. Although the new leadership at 2929 is making progress. The ship needs to be righted.

Keep on Keeping on...

You would think a simply yes or no answer would have sufficed. Mr. answerman seems a bit flippant..

"The ship needs to be righted."

I'm afraid the SS WELS is taking on water and she is about to go under.

"I'm afraid the SS WELS is taking on water and she is about to go under."

That is because she is being torpedoed by "that's the way we've always done it" conservatives who always resist change.

Yes, yes the rats generally do jump ship when they see a problem. Those of us who are willing to search the scriptures and use them to correct, reprove, and teach trust that even the lowly sinful group of blood bought souls in the WELS will not perish.

Or those who aren't being fed.

Spoken like a true WELS conservative.

Then why is there such a dearth of scriptural support given for the positions championed on this blog? Move along folks -- nothing to see here but traditionalist blather.
