To be Lutheran is to always be pointing to Christ.
This is not a WELS-affiliated or supported organization.The WELS organization is called Christian Life Resources.
From the material I read on the website this is mostly an LC-MS organization, although it's not tied to one denomination. WELS has it's own Christian Life Resources, which I believe, is the old WELS Lutherans for Life.

Has anyone informed this congregation that they have the incorrect link for the pro-life agency for WELS? This is probably not by intent....
